Window help for Palomino sabre 250rlbd

Hello everyone,

I am a new member on this forum. My wife and I just decided to sell our trusty old 1999 Forest River Salem 27bh travel trailer. We just bought a used 2010 fifth wheel palomino sabre 250rlbd from a dealer. We wanted more storage room and a slide out was also our goal. The trailer was garaged by the original owner and in excellent condition. We loved the quality in the palomino as we looked at all the other brands out there. I have found that the windows in the kitchen slide out will not lock. There is a plastic track that has indents that hold the window up. The track is loose on both sides and I think it was rivited in . I tried the bedroom windows and they work perfect.
I am a mechanic and would be able to fix this if I knew that I could buy a new track for the windows. I am looking for help with this from other members. Anybody else with the same issues or other problems to look out for?

Thanks,
campingnut2

dear Sabre owner,
I believe I know the vendor that built your windows. I will PM you some contact info to try. I would prepare by having the dimensions and maybe a photo to send them.

Sabre Sam
