Hot and cold? are those your 'low point drains' for your water system, is what it sounds like? Those do not drain the fresh water tank.

The drain should be directly under you fresh water tank, along with a breather tube. I do not own a Palomino 5th wheel, so I am not 100% sure on where the drain would be set up. The fresh water tanks are built with a drain hole in them, so it would be almost impossible not to have a drain hose on it.

On mine it is close to front of the lower floor, probably 5 feet rearward on drivers side. Yours might be tucked in the cloroplast.

If you look in this pic under the propane hatch door, under the trailer, you can see my tank drain valve.

Drop the cloroplast there at the front and look above it. I believe that there is a metal bottom about 3-4 feet from the front of the drop, then the cloriplast starts. You shouldn't have to go back very far. And i believe the screws are 5/16" or 3/8" head. Be pretty easy to drop real quickly with a screw gun, drill or even a nut driver.
Best of luck!!!
