Entrance Door Lock

I am looking for a replacement lock. The one I have is Tri Mark 30-1050 which has been replaced by the 030-2650. How big a deal is it to change the whole lock mechanism that is different? Any ideas, Tri Mark wants $265 for one.

If you do drop that kind of coin- maybe consider a keyless lock from www.rvlock.com.
