any reputable dealer should be able to fix this for you. if they wont/cant, take it somewhere else. its warranty work, they just dont want to do it. at -18 your fuel is probably gelling unless you have winter blend in the tank. you may need a fuel additive for those temps.
Fun fact, before you turn off your trucks, flip your heater to front defrost only (not floor and defrost). it will help, partially, with frost on cold mornings. i have mine plugged in a lot and it really does keep the windshield mostly clear. heat up time is also drastically reduced.
I agree the should have taken care of this when I told them I was driving to an area that was going to be cold. [emoji35]
