On Line Social Security Statement

I just found out that you can now get your SS statement on line.

Go to the SSA web site and on the left side you will see a link to how to sign on.

Not only that but when you reach SS age you can register on line at the same web site and NEVER have to go to the local SS office and wait for hours to see a clerk, I just did it my self in June when I was in the window to register and got my 1st check last month.

Yes it seems like a great way to avoid having to go to the local SSA office and waiting for hours to speak to a person.

I hope this information is helpful to other members also. I just found out about last night.

Looks great. I signed up for the site (although at 46 I don't think its too accurate for me )

They seem to have a lot of personal questions for security sake, which is good.

Very useful.
