I had a GMC 3500 once upon a time, and it was nowhere near 35 feet long. I feel cheated. You cant trust anyone nowadays.

I have a 310BHDS.

310 = 31'0" the length of the RV "box"
BH = bunkhouse
DS = double slide

Ours is a Rockwood 2703WS. I assume 27 is the box length; three slides; wardrobe slide.
