Winterizing in California?

We live in the bay area in northern California and we purchased a new Rockwood Roo 183 earlier this year. The dealership told us that we would not need to winterize our trailer as temperatures here never drop below freezing. The forecast this weeks predicts one or two nights where temps may get as low as 1C. Can I just plug in and turn on the heater for the couple of days/nights that may be colder than normal? All the tanks are flushed out and drained, but there will still be water in the pipes and water heater. I don't have an air compressor so I don't know how I would blow the lines. I just want to be safe than to be sorry. Any feedback would be so appreciated.

Lived in the Bay Area for many years.
NEVER had to winterize our RVs.
You don't get enough hours of freezing temperatures to worry about it.
You live in California and use Centigrade for temperatures?😉

Thank you for the info! Actually grew up in the UK where "Fahrenheit" is unheard of!
Happy Holidays!
