A bang up job!

We were involved in an accident yesterday, when a jerk ran a stop sign and hit the drivers side of our 2013, Rockwood Mini Lite. The damage was limited to a smashed in storage comp., pushed in water heater door, scuff and scrapes along, but BELOW the slide, two broken hub caps and one scarred wheel.

My question is, when we take it to a FR service center, are there elements I should pay particular attention to? Are there questions I should ask? We are camping in it now, and have found nothing functionally wrong.

Sorry to hear about the accident. Depending on how hard the jerk hit you I'd have the axle checked to make sure it didn't get bent. Sometimes it's the damage you don't see that can cause problems later. Make sure the slide extends/retracts properly. Also have them check brakes, brake lines, suspension, LP lines to make sure all is OK.

X2

also if your camper has fiberglass side wall don't take the scratches and dings lightly. They have the potential to begin to delam or create voids later down the road.

Those inpacts can crack the bond agent (glue) which will show up later.

Good luck

Agree with all the above. Their insurance needs to make your unit "new" again!
