All time coldest February on record

Today they announced on our local Television channel that we made an all time record for the month of February. The AVERAGE temp. or the month of February was 6 F prior to this it was it was 7 F. To me that means we were below 0 F almost every night. Finally we have a break and we are up to 20 F for an over night. On top of that we had a lot more snow than we had in the last 10 yrs. Snow banks on my road are at the 6 ft height and they have knocked them down a couple of times. In the nearby city you have to carefully peek out around corners before going through an intersection.
We are so looking forward to spring, please say it will come soon I'm tired of having to walk through trenches to go to my truck or to check our trailer. I want the snow to melt but also know if it does too fast we are going to have another problem to deal with.

This weather is crazy. We have our first camping trip planned on the 28th of March and I still have my cover on my trailer with about 10 inches of snow on it. I hope it warms up quick. I need to get in there and get everything ready soon. What happen to global warming!

I think Mother Nature dropped global warming off with us for the winter! We had a record of 18 days in February over 70 degrees- hottest being 76. Currently, it is raining and there is snow on the foothills but I am still leaving for work with just a light jacket as it should be 58 today.

Well actually lots of places! Lots of records for both actual lows and low highs fell all over PA. Not what you are spoon fed, just the truth.

Wow you had the coldest and here in SW Wyoming we had the warmest. From about the middle of January to the middle of February we were near 50 degrees if not over that a few days. We were starting to get spring fever bad but now the weather has turned to how it is supposed and we are now getting the snow and cold. Nothing nearly like what you have experienced but we are now back to normal. Snow and cold will probably go clear into May now since its March and now really starting to get snow.

The last three weeks, the overnight low has been around 34, daytime highs in the 50's, clear skies and sunshine. It sure hasn't been the Great North-Wet this year. Must admit, all this sunshine is getting to me - I miss the usual "800 broken, 1500 overcast, 3/4 mile vis, rain and fog". My rain gear is withering on the coat rack!

I think I was reading that anchorage Alaska had days at 55 degrees in January! I think Mother Nature is having hot flashes that wear off by the time she hits the Rockies!

My son called the other day to tell us the temp at home was -31. He said "dad, there's about a 100 degrees difference between here and where you are at". Ah gee!!

I saw an article yesterday that, mostly in KY, record lows that stood for 60+ years were broken by 30 degrees or more in February. That's incredible.

Follow the money! It's all about the funding to study the "junk science". Who you going to believe, your eyes, or whats reported. Facts don't matter anymore, you need to follow the money. When it's believed by the supposed 97% of the experts, that global warming exists, then what your eyes tell you does not matter. You might as well join the "flat earth society", they look at you like that anyway.

Last year was worse in northern Illinois. We went almost 3 weeks with the temperature never getting above 0F, and usually not above -10F. This year it's been a cold morning here and a cold morning there. I saw -14 a couple days ago, but warmed right up to 10F or so the next day. It was actually 28F today; warmest for some time.

Coldest Feb on record for NEPA as well. I'd like to invite some of these global warming nut jobs to the Poconos...

What these "scientists" seem to forget is that this planet has been through multiple warming and cooling cycles over its eons of existence, but it's only now, that we have the ability to measure the data from the current cycles, that people are bat crap crazy on the global warming train. To think that there are people out there who think that we, as humans, really have the ability to influence this planet's heating and cooling cycles by our actions is the epitome of human arrogance. Trust me, we are not that significant. The Earth laughs at us. The world isn't going to end. Adjust your thermostat. And hand me the diesel pump...

Waking up in the morning to -30 and reaching a high of 0 was most of the month of Feb. and part of Jan. , tack on the 100 inch of snow is finally coming to an end. We finally got a day above 30 f then it went back to 0 f, good news it's supposed to hit 40 this weekend bad news calling for snow. Wouldn't have been bad if we hadn't gone from Christmas of 50 f to middle of Jan. at below 0, came on just too fast and stayed too long. Seemed like every day got up to see the news and the were saying new low record for this date. Just tired of winter bring on spring so I can get out of this house for hours instead of min.
