Am I the only one who...

... when I see a locked thread, even if the subject doesn't interest me in the slightest, I'm like "OOOOooh! I gotta look in and see where that one went off the rails". Call it a guilty pleasure.

Anyone else feel compelled to peek in and see what caused a thread to be locked?

Tim

Ummm ... where did that thread on "Generator Etiquette" go ??? Was writing a very polite response to a somewhat caustic poster, and it went "poof" when trying to post.

Or it's like seeing smoke, but not knowing what burned. It wasn't in the news and friends didn't know.

Nothing to see here...move along! Millions of flashing blue lights and the story at 11.

The "show us your backsides" thread title even looked like it would be short-lived, and it was. However, it was fun while it lasted!

It is interesting to see where the subject matter jumped the tracks, but my first thought is WHO. Over the years I mentally compile a list of the usual suspects so when I see a thread heading south I've just got to know which idiot member is still poking a hornets nest with a stick. Then I'm either disappointed when it's one of the usual trouble makers or excited to see another RV forum member (IRV2, etc) chime in.....and add him to the list. Funny question here, with all the nagging and complaining coming from the female side of my household, how come the forum arguments are always guys?
