Asquared that is nearly what I did! I put a can of root beer in the crockpot and cooked on low for 7 hours, then drained and pulled the pork with forks. Returned the pork to the crockpot and add BBQ sauce to warm! Yum!

Last time my SIL did a pork roast in the crock pot the aroma attracted a the attention of a black bear. It ended up about 10 feet from the front porch

Meat rollups

meatloaf will work, that's stuffed sausage.

Make a weave with strips of bacon.Take a lb of ground beef or sausage and roll it out in a gallon size freezer bag. Then cut open the bag. stuff with what ever you like. This one was ham, onions peppers and spinach then roll it up. Then roll that up in the bacon.

Indirect heat for about 1 1/2 hours. I like hickory wood

pizza rollups are good too. Some cheese and pepperonni rolled in italian sausage then bacon....Makes me Happy Happy Happy!
