OC, how about this length for us 5er & TT owners (Agree with you that the MH folks may need a longer one):

Unger 6 ft. -12 ft. Telescopic Pole Aluminum 2-Stage with Connect and Clean Locking Cone and PRO Locking Collar-962740 at The Home Depot

Should work great, the last sets I made had 5' outer poles and 6' inner poles with 20" left inside the outer which could be reduced to 5"-10" if needed to get a max of 10'2" -10'7" (122"-127").

52 upper and 52 lower brackets have been plasma cut and ready to pickup. Now, to start the job of cleaning the slag off, breaking them out, drilling, chamfering and de-burring 468 holes, forming 104 brackets, bead blasting, stamping and packaging. If I can get the lazy OldCoot off his rear, should be able to start taking orders and shipping Mon. 31Mar14.

Lower brackets in process pictures.

All formed and in the bead blaster.
Not the best break, but for $13 in hinges, it does a respectful job.

I also would like a set. Unfortunately, I missed the complete set when you were doing them.

Just tell me what you need from me.

Upper brackets de-slagged on both sides, broken out of sheet and break tab removed. Now just 260 holes to drill, chamfer, deburr, form, bead blast and stamp.

Boxes have to be assembled and stuffed with parts. Should be ready for the PM's from those that want them.

PM me your PayPal login name, name & shipping address. Will then issue a PayPal invoice and when paid, I will make shipping label and ship the parts.
