We grilled Porterhouse steaks 3 weekends ago when we did the shake down on Buffy.

Actually, we grill year 'round here.

Temp was 71* today, predicted 75* tomorrow. Puttin' away the winter duds! (35* predicted for Thursday night, then right back up into Spring temps!)

It's been a long, cold, dreary and miserable Winter. I'm declaring it OVER! for us.

I grill a few times a week even if it's -20. Just need one foot to get out of the kitchen door to the grill on the deck. Besides its quicker clean up vs the kitchen cooking. Lol

We do grill all winter. Yesterday was the first day since last year the temp was above 32 degrees, we hit 35! Unthawed the water hose and wished the TV and DW Edge. Oh yes has steak too! I love the porterhouse the best of both steak worlds!

Tommorrow 15 cm of Snow.
