Best Halloween Decorations...Ever!

We spent the past couple of days at Carlyle Lake, IL which is our preferred campground for winterizing. On my campground walk I came across the best and most Halloween decorations I’ve ever seen at a campsite. For that matter it was the best I’ve ever seen period, campsite or house.

What caught my eye first was the blowup “Ghost Pirate Ship,” that was 10 feet tall at the highest point. There was a blowup train that featured a skeleton engineer, a ghost coming up from a tombstone, and the caboose was a coffin with Dracula opening the coffin lid. There was also a blowup “Black Cat” and his tail reach up at least 8 feet. The ghost that hung from the trees were full size and there was a graveyard too.

Here are some pics. The photos aren’t the best because I was shooting into a low sun.

The Ghost Pirate Ship.

The Train. Dracula's coffin featured a lid that opened and closed.

The Black Cat with an evil look.

The graveyard.
