While our RV was at Camping World for warranty work they had a break in and our RV was one that was damaged. We were told their insurance did not cover this we had to turn in to our company. Has anyone had an experience like this?
Not with a camper, but with a car once. Might differ between states, but in my case, my insurance covered it and I sued the dealer in small claims court and as soon as they were notified of the pending suit, they gave me a check for the deductible.

Check with your state but many states if they took ordinary care they are not on the hook, but your insurance company is. Believe me if your insurance feels that CW was at fault they will go against them and after their $.
More than likely Camping World is not going be required to pay.
