Not a puller for a chain tensioner or anything for hemorrhoids, but might work altho' a little painful.  Hey, we could use this instead of flogging Turbs.

You sure it's not a chain tensioner - you did say you made it 25 years ago and perhaps the memory has slipped a bit

I can remember doing semi truck split ring tire on the ground with no cage.  HAHA I would never do it again today. I don't know if it's because I'm smarter or I just won't work that hard any more.

Didn't have a cage either, we put them under the hoist platform and dropped the platform on them after having one blow off and embedding itself in the ceiling & partway thru the roof. Lucky one of us wasn't maimed or killed.
