We didn't get any and only a few days below 32* going to be a very dry summer for the wildlife..... No not this wildlife. We foresee a lot of drought this year.

It's been sooooo long, remind me, what's a T-shirt? We've been below freezing since Feb 11th. I have a real good idea of what flannel shirts are.

Even crazier is how much the weather can differ from area to area here in NC. In the spring summer it is not uncommon to have it pouring rain, drive a bit, cone across a 50-100 ft area where it hasn't rained at all and then right back into pouring rain. Today it had light snow where I live (about 25 minutes west of Durham and 50 min west of Raleigh). It never accumulated at all. Schools were cancelled. I drove 15 min east to work. It snowed all day, had close to an inch of snow. Drive a little farther east to Raleigh and all check broke loose. Mayhem everywhere as car accidents occurred all over the place in the snow (even heavier than work). More coming tomorrow. My dsl has had 2 days of school in the last week and a half. I see grass not snow outside. Welcome to NC.
