Does it matter what others have done? Just do what she wishes you to do. Give it a chance. The thought of losing my DW terrifies me but if fate would have it and she insisted I keep going (3 dogs included), I would be pushing through the haze (tears).

Sincerest condolences.

Hey DDC .... I am just so sad to hear this. Please give mine and Kenny's love to Mary.
I agree with your FROG family, we are all praying for you both, and are here for you! I do hope you continue your camping lifestyle, as she loves it so much too!

So sorry about your wife. Keep your chins up, God does everything for a reason, even if we can't see or understand it at the time. Do what your wife wants you to do regardless of how much it hurts. We lost my mom to cancer when she was 63 and we had to talk long and hard to my dad to keep him going. He made it another 25 yrs before his heart just gave out. We'll keep you in our prayers.

Nancy and I are so sad to hear this, we both have enjoyed our times together and consider you both part of our FROG family.

We have met several couples here at Palm Gardens in Texas that have lost a mate and the remaining spouse continues coming for the winter. They have said it helps them, spending time with their Palm Gardens family. We are keeping positive thoughts for the both of you.
