I have never done it, but with a low psi washer and if you now what you are doing I don`t see an issue. you have to know where you can pressure wash and what to stay away from.

I would never pressure wash my 5ver...PERIOD!!!! When I wash by hand I can inspect all the seals at the same time. After I hose down I go inside and check for any leaks.

For the record I've seen this same guy pressure wash the seats in vehicles he's detailing.

Yes, he removes them from the vehicles, puts them on racks he built out of 1 inch pipe and pressure washes them. I have no idea how he gets them dried.

I'd considered letting him detail my personal vehicle. I've rethought that. Uhhhh I'll pass.

I'm guessing he started out as a boat detailer.
If done right, a pressure washer would be OK. Just don't get too close to the surface, keep it the pressure on the low scale. I also believe I would not do it right and a few patches would be the result so soft car wash brush here.

I could see it working on car seats as well long as they are just surface washed. The trick is to not let it soak in, same as a carpet shampooer.
