We had surf n turf; ribeyes and prawns Saturday night. Not gonna post it here...waiting to see if that's my pic for the contest.

Every camping trip includes steaks at least one of the nights we're out.

I LOVE grilling onions and bell peppers in a tinfoil pan on the grill. Add a little au jus from the steaks for the last few minutes of grilling, then pile it on top of the steaks.

Nectar of the Gods, I'm sayin!

We like what we call a "hobo dinner". Ground chuck, potatoes, onions, carrots, in a dutch oven over a fire, or in tin foil over coals with your favorite marinades or seasonings. Always good & takes about 45 minutes to cook.

DW makes an Ambrosia Salad (chilled) to go with our meat dinners, very refreshing after a heavy meal.
It's a combo of sour cream, mini marshmallows, sweet coconut flakes, maraschino cherries, pineapple and mandarin oranges
