Close up appears to show no sway or wdh.

And it seems the videographer must have witnessed some bad swaying as they're talking about wind and being ready when it goes completely over.

Go back to the beginning of the video and watch it very closely. You will see the trailer sway a couple of times as the guys filming are making comments.
