These things are starting to sound both intriguing and complicated.

Nope, not complicated at all. If I (the official "Crazy Lady") can do it, so can you!

No Thanks - but I certainly know more about these things now that I did when I woke up this morning.

Glad I read the first post.

I quit with a combination of hypnotism and Chantix. In my opinion, switching to ecigs is like giving up cigs for another form of tobacco. (assuming you are inhaling nicotine).
If it can help you quit the cigs, fine but at some point you have to quit the ecigs as well.

boatnut,

My insurance pays *fully* for Chantix, and I tried it. Unfortunately I was one to get the "rare" allergic reaction....horrific hives and breathing difficulties.

I've always considered hypnotism to stop smoking was "snake oil". JMO YMMV

Yes, I'm still ingesting nicotine. I am *not* inhaling tar and all the carcinogens in cigarettes.

You did it your way, I'm doing it my way. Hopefully we'll both end up with the same results. I know that when I quit before (for 5 years) my weak moments were when I was under extreme stress. With "my way" I know that I can fall back on my non carcinogen pacifier for one day if that's all it takes to get me past the stress.

I tried once with the volcano, It was a piece of junk, I shouldn't be smoking at all with my health. Which do you think is the best brand, I know I have to do something and I take so many drugs now I don't want to go that route at all. I seen this Blue is that a good one and what size do any of you suggest to go with.

Most of the ones that look like a cigarette are just that junk if I were starting all over again I would get a ego battery either a 650 mah or an ego 1000 mah with a basic iclear16 or kanger protankClick image for larger version

Also in my opinion it's better not to start with tobacco flavored juices start with fruit flavors
