Firefly LED Laser Projector

Does anyone out there have one of those LED Laser fire fly projectors... like Bliss Lights?

What brand is it and do you like it?

We saw one a camper had at the campgound this past summer and it was pretty cool. Their whole campsite and tree tops were filled with little green moving lights... looks just like thousands of little fire flies.

Please comment.

We saw the same from a neighboring camper last February

I got my own

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...ilpage_o05_s00

I have used it 5-6 times this past summer and again just two weeks ago in FL... everyone totally enthralled of the "glow worms" in the trees... of course you have to aim it properly and hide it behind something and talk about the proper humidity and temperature and the glow worms might appear...

Lots of fun!

If the wind is blowing slightly and the leaves are moving then it appears the fireflies are moving.

We got one from eBay....they work great but should not get wet - we are seasonal but do not leave it out in weather

Ours is a small indoor version laser - it was $20 - you can set it to static or moving patterns - it has red and green spots - the breeze in trees makes them look like they are moving even when set to static

We bought some of the larger outside versions last year for Christmas use ...they did not work that well in very cold weather though

Some of the more expensive brands like Bliss Lights make some that have a heat strip in them to work in cold temps

Campnqueen:

the lights are static on mine although I also have another one that move... not as natural but fun sometimes...

they are small and will fit into a shoebox... a light head about the size of a large fist and a pointed pole to stick into the ground and 20-25 feet of cord and a transformer brick.

Everything is water tight and the whole system is used as outdoor landscape lights, but I usually pick it up after a day or two... nobody is out if it is raining anyway.
