Putting on the list to be back there in 2016 for all of those you have listed so I hope you'll be there next year...

We were there in 2013 for our first experience of camping at the track (Ver-El) and had a great time!

It's on DH's list of tracks he wants to camp at but it's not happening this year.

When we were there in 2013 there was a couple with a MH that were set up two spots away only they lived just three miles from the track. Was worth it to them to camp there and leisurely walk to their seats.

OC... I see you're from Concord... What do you do to see the races?

We liked Ver-El for it's location.. five minute walk to our seats and a reasonable walk to the dirt track.

We felt the dirt track races that year was poorly run! Was really disorganized!

Don't like to give $100+ for good seats and then have to stand up because the dumb fans stand up and don't know enough to sit down. Also having a bunch of drunks spill beer all over you and constantly getting up and stumbling by you every 10 minutes. And then fight the traffic getting out. Been to a bunch of NASCAR races since 1964 and it happens at every track(3x Daytona, 4x Darlington, Talladega, 3x Rockingham, 2x Atlanta, Dallas, 2x Martinsburg). Better to watch on TV.

Been to Char. once to the 600 when Dale Sr. was here....our seats were on turn 2 top row.....with the covered roof.....every pole that held the roof up had a tv monitor so you could see turn 4. Was impressed with all the vendors outside selling their stuff......and. that's why we drink coffee.

I hear you there.... Was at Atlanta a few years ago where this drunken fan who was there by himself spilled beer all over the place and had to go the bathroom every 10 minutes... Really irritating!

Didn't see that at Charlotte though... Worst we saw was a smoker several seats away who tried to keep her butt hidden from security... Didn't work though... Some nearby fans (not us) turned her in...

We loved the No Smoking in the stands at Charlotte!
