Not looking for sympathy!! I would rather pay $3 for a gallon of diesel than have the thousands of people out of work and businesses being affected.

Gas prices

All depends on which side of the gate we are on. I burn 25,000 gallon of diesel a year in my small business. $1.55 per gallon for off road fuel today looks much better to many of us than when we were paying $3.50. Just saying. We were for sure struggling with those high prices.

We need gas and diesel prices to go up! I hope oil can go up to at least $70 a barrel. We have too many oilfield workers out of work and those of us still employed are facing cutbacks and possible layoffs. Not good down here in South Louisiana.[/QUO

If the price of gas stays low, will the gallons sold go up? Most people will be able to afford a couple of extra road trips and increase the volume of gas sold to make up for some dollars lost.[/QUO

Not sure I follow your question. The price will fluctuate depending on supply and demand no matter if the fuel is sold or not.

1.67 costco in mobile.

Getting in and out of costco in mobile easy even w/ toad. Get in left lane headed east on goverment, turn right on hank arron, go straight on three round abouts , turn right into pull thur gas (no diesel) island.

Montgomery costco not fit for rv, very little distance from the front of the gas island to the curb ahead.

I understand, I have been on both sides of the spectrum. Fueling up tractors, combines, pumps etc is not cheap no matter the price of fuel. $70 a barrel would be a happy medium, would not be a "boom" but people would be back to work and fuel prices would not be through the roof.
