Step # 4. Grab a chair, open a beer and watch waterproffing agent dry.

Cool tent ~ we used to take a small tent with us for the kids to "set up camp" keep their toys, gear, etc in. They loved it

It was pretty funny. My daughter and her friend hung out outside in it for quite a while with just a couple of mats down working on a time capsule even after I came inside.

But! I did have a helper:

This groundhog was fearless while there was a flimsy piece of fabric or screen between us. Once I unzipped an opening, he ran around to the backside until I chased him again.

Dear Tent Industry-

When I bought a $250 and 25 pound tent, I was neither terribly concerned about cost nor weight. I would have gladly paid $255 dollars for a slightly larger bag.

Love,
Doug

ain't that the truth! We have always used extra duffle bags. Of course most of my tenting is and was backpacking, so i just stuffed the tent and fly I'm my bag compartment in my backpack.

What an amazing weekend! We had beautiful weather front the days, but very cold at night. I made sure daughter was warm enough with an extra sleeping bag and fleece blanket that I ended up a little short and have never been so cold sleeping overnight on Friday night.

But, need to increase her awareness of the fire ring and the heat it puts out while she reads...
