Yes you do but they are super cool inside!! I got a tour of one when we were camping in northern Colorado last year. 
And talk about being able to camp or boondock where you want!!

Good Grief! You can get a Brand New 2014 fully loaded Berkshire 400 for $190K, spend $50K for a 4wheeling toad and still beat that price by $100K
And...I bet the Berkshire is slightly better appointted
