and this time they are going home down 2-0 as opposed to going to enemy territory down 2-0...it's gonna be an uphill battle, but I wouldn't rule the Jays out till they are down 3-0....

Blue Jay's on there own turf again and won last night. I think they play the next two at home. It's not over until the "Fat Lady Signs" as they say. B&B is happy this morning.

Turbs will be great advertising for Columbus, but Brain, your not leaving the Rockwood Family? You won't have to worry about the weight at least with your new truck....

A very disappointing outing for R.A. Dickie in Game 4. Jays have a very steep hill to climb if they're going to move on.

Other than Goins' one mistake (which did not cause them to lose that game), the Jays have had great defense. Give credit where it's due though ... so far the Royals hitting and pitching has been better than the Jays'.

It's not over 'til it's over.

I'm really a Cub's fan I use to take the CTA bus to the games and always got bleacher seats. I think they were 2.00 bucks and 25 cents each way on the bus CTA. Born and raised on the North West side. 5600 west and 1500 north......

Yes, and a bag of peanuts 10 cents. That's all they really had to eat. The vendor use to throw them to you and you passed your money down the line. They also didn't have lights then and only played day games. Didn't cost you over 50.00 bucks to go and watch a game. The center field bleachers were the place to sit. I used to try and sneak down into the box seat area, but always got caught. They were the real bleachers no back rest. Remember seeing people on the roof tops with lawn chairs watching the game. It's in the middle of a residential neighborhood on the North side. Good memory's Brain. Also a lot of Irish bars all around the park. But I was about 10 then. Now a days my parents would probably be arrested for letting me go with my buds. How times have changed.... PS: Thats when the Wrigley family owned it. The Wrigley Gum.
