Walmart sells what sells. If it is not a "gun" area they do not waste the money on inventory. They are very savy to their inventory and what will sell. By me they sell AR's but east of me (maybe 30 miles) they only sell a shotgun or two..

Kind of what I though. I'm in the Fort Worth side of the DFW metroplex and our closest WM doesn't sell guns,but ironically there is a small independent gun shop in the WM complex that seems to do well.

There are several big WMs around here and I don't know if the other ones sell guns or not.
