Ok second day and found first problem, shower will not drain, e-mailed the service guy at the factory and received a reply within the hour with photos of what it could be, guess what he was right, pulled out the valve and the diaphragm was stuck and also loaded with saw dust. Cleaned it out and water flowed thru no issue but I was not comfortable putting it back in so i called him and he said come on over for a new one
While at the factory they asked if we had a punch list yet ( of course the wife did) they made a copy and asked us if we can be there next Thursday to have everything addressed, YES was the only answer. They are even going to swap back splashes in the kitchen, the kitchen faucet which was supposed to have been done from the start. Anyway right now all we hear from the factory is we want you to be happy, We are not even bothering talking to our selling dealer, I mean why waste our time with support from the factory like this.
