If I have my way there will be a whole lot less in my backyard. Tired of all the bird crap on my deck, jeep and motorhome. The motorhome is in a covered enclosed on two sides carport and they like to roost in the cross members and use my motorhome as a toilet. I have tried every thing in the book to keep them away. Looks like bird shot is the only answer. I live out in the country so don't have to worry about the noise.

Sorry for your problem, but have you tried a decoy of an owl or another bird of prey from Amazon or Walmart?

Robot Check

Put it where the birds can see it and they will usually avoid that area.

Hope this helps.

Yep, I have tried them all. All they did with the owl and hawk decoys was crap on them. I tried tying some old DVDs from fishing line so that it would spin in the wind and flash also some pie pans from fishing line so they would flash and spin and make noise. Those worked for a while but then the birds got use to them. By the way I am just joking about the bird shot. We get a lot I'd blue birds and cardinals and would not think of killing them. I really hate it when they eat the blackberries along my fence line nd the do a bombing run. What a mess. Looking into an electronics bird chaser like Home Depot has in their garden center.

Glad you're joining in! It is a great way to spend a cold February day and watching the reports come in at the end of the day is kinda neat, too.

BTW, just a thought, but maybe some of the members who are into photography could post some photos of birds they've seen in their travels here in this thread. That might be fun.
