Haul a golf cart on 378 Xl and tow a car

Can a hauler for a golf cart be installed to the back of a 378xl Georgetown along with towing a car.

Share your ideas or pm me.

I agree with Youroo. You don't have the rear axle to support that much weight. I have seen tow dollies that have a place to carry a golf cart or motorcycle but have never used one.

I believe there is a thread on towing a jeep behind the Georgetown. Might consult it to see how it handles a jeep. Might at least help with it doing a larger vehicle.

I looked at a hauler in 2004 to fit on my 40 pusher and to also be able to tow my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I did not have a tag axle but there was options available. It turned out to be a pretty big job with much fabrication. I ended up trading jeep in on a z71. Only Chevy and dodge were towable unless you got a Ford F-150 xl model completely striped with straight shift. First Chevy and last. Rear end of dodge was about 5" higher. I used a winch on back of golf cart so I didn't have to back it on but did drive off. Also helped to secure with winch. Added extra cables to tail gate. And it was always down as the front tires stopped at the beginning of tailgate bumper was at end of tailgate. Never any problem with tailgate. Maybe the best thing on the truck.
