Heart Stopping BLT

Once in a Blue Moon I like to pretend that Iím still a 20 year old man and do something less than smart. Today was one of those days. I went to Crown Candy Kitchen, a St. Louis Landmark and tradition that is located in a less than desirable neighborhood with my wife and sisters. I ordered the BLT that came with chips for $8.99. The BLT has one pound of bacon on it. Like I said, less than smart, but DELICIOUS! Mmmmmm Bacon!! Yes, I ate the whole thing.

As long as you used light mayonnaise, then you should be OK.

...and with crispy bacon too! Too much bacon for me but I would order it and keep the extra bacon for another sandwich for later on. Just plain bread and bacon makes a tasty snack.

Now look what you did! That picture is making me hungry for an extreme Bacon with LT sandwich.

Roger on the bread and bacon alone - just need a layer of Miracle Whip on the bread
