It is a combo Pintal/ball hitch. A pintal hitch accepts the ring style tongue that are standard issue on Heavy equipment hauling trailers. and it is bent due to too much tongue weight

It is designed for heavy equipment hauling trailers, the tag of a gravel train, etc, not for travel and light duty trailers.
