Here's to Laura's speedy recovery.

And Lou, remind her you are helping in her rehab when you ask her to bring you things. Saying honey first might make this exercise more successful.

Honey, bring me the paper.
Honey, bring me my dinner.
Honey, bring me a beer.

You can have your knees done next!

Here is to a speedy recovery Laura. Had to have a hip replaced 6 years ago. One of my better moves. It hurts for awhile...then all of a sudden 1 day you will realize that the pain is gone.

HUGGGGGGGGGS from Oklahoma.

Hang in there...

We'll have Laura in our prayers here in Michigan. The rehab is hard work at first, but its totally worth it according to both of our fathers. Know that easier days are not far away. God bless you both, Lou and Laura.

Surgery is always painful and difficult but be thankful it is a joint and not in a body cavity. She will recover in time and be up and around a day or two.
These are all bumps on the road of life.
On our last trip to west Florida resort my C34 disc herniated and required disc fusion. My only complaint was that it messed up our trip and now I have to take it easy while turning my neck.
Best of prayers to Laura. Anyway the pain meds are interesting

Wishing a speedy recovery to Laura. Had my right knee replaced on May 23rd. It's tough at the beginning but I feel 100 times better than before having the surgery. My prayers are with you.

Thank you!

Please post some recipes in the cooking forum!

As a former chemist, I am still a "fair dinkum" cook!
