Congrats bud!!! Hope you were with some good friends to enjoy it with. I've had two and and it just doesn't get any better than a ace!!

I was playing in a tournament, so I was paired by the proshop. I had one friend, one customer and one man I hadn't played with before. Everyone was great!
We didn't know it was an ace until we got on the green. Saw it bounce toward the hole in the shade, but didn't see it after it got in the sun which was in our face. We got on the green and I asked if a ball near the hole was mine, the man said no, and I walked by the cup on my way across the green and saw the brand and my mark in the bottom of the cup. I said "it's in the hole" and one guy said, "you're kidding". I said "really, it's in the dang hole"! It was high five's and bro hugs all around.

I think he's going to have the score card framed (witness signatures included on it) and the golf ball (with all the stats written on it) mounted!

Congratulations! I hope you're coming to Goshen so we can all meet you on the 19th Hole. If not, just send enough cash to buy a round for about 1,100 people.
I had my first hole in one over 40 years ago. If I remember correctly, it was on the windmill hole.

(chuckle) He has not let me forget his Eagle today! Just told me his wallpaper on his work computer is....eyup....the picture of his golf ball sitting in the cup at the 12th hole, sporting his specific ball mark.
He was greeted at work this morning with another round of high fives...the word got around!
We may have to get the door to our 5er widened....to accommodate that rather large cranium he's sportin' now.
Bob, we're not gonna make Goshen this year.  And get this; by the time he made it back off the course to the club house, everyone had left! He didn't even get to buy every one a round yesterday. I'm sure they'll be gracious enough to allow him a rain check though.

I've had a few hole in ones, but all of mine involved windmills, waterfalls, etc.

Congrats on the ace! It would be my luck, the only time that would happen would be the day I decided to go it alone and no one would be there to see it and never believe it happened. I'm still trying though!

sooooo Goshen is the 19th hole.... dang... I'm trying to find a way to get there.... and we're coming....soooo.... exactly how many years will it take for ya'll to forget about the Ace?
