Something no one here has mentioned. The OPs friend told him he wanted the bike if he ever sold it. How long ago was that? Would he still want it? Maybe his friend is not as interested now as he was. If he is still interested and the OP REALLY didn’t want to see it again, I would use the “inflated price” strategy. Friends are valuable. Jay
