Alas, we don't have grandkids yet. My oldest boy seems to be terminally single, and while my youngest is married, he and his wife have decided to put off having kids till after he graduates. He still has 3 years to go.

Mama Bear is not taking this very well.

He would get several just from his grands...he has 8 that I know of. When I grew up I had 3. Modern families.

You are right. They are special to each GP. I can say he is my best and favorite, because he is my only.

Not the cutest, but it is the most recent I have of all four. We were on vacation in August and I snapped this picture in Illinois on the way to Wisconsin.

All sweethearts. I don't envy the judges if they show up.

I see you are starting the grandchild on the right kind of toys.

My grandson cannot stand to see you using a push broom or using a leaf blower. He wants to do it and does it just the way you tell him too.

He gets cool presents from me and the granddaughter, well, granny takes care of her lazy butt.

Yup he even has his own battery operated John Deere tractor that he works on often (not because it needs it)............... If we are missing a tool we know where to look............
