I hope nothing was taken in the wrong light. All "said" was with a tongue in cheek and the best of humor at heart.
It's really all the Texans fault though you know! They should KNOW better than to ply a flatlander with half a barbecue steer slow cooked on a spit as big as a buffalo, chilli that will melt your socks off and enough suds to drown a small village.
