JT Strongarm stabilizers help

I installed these on my 5th wheel. I have read on different forums and seen on you tube about bumping the landing gear to make the setup "rock solid." So my question is do you bump it up or down. Can anyone whom has these on there 5th wheel weigh in on this?

You'll never get a rock solid setup on an RV unless you block it up off the suspension. I have JT's and they work well for getting the wobble out, but you still have the bounce. The instructions kinda sorta say
level RV, then drop front back down about 3/4"
drop rear jacks down and tighten JT's
raise front lacks to level again and tighten JT's
bump front jacks up
