Essentials for the TT in the kitchen. This is for my wife. Appliances, cookware, gadgets. Must haves.

Ok part two. For me that guy. What's essentials should I be storing aboard.

Put what you think you need. Then make your first trip somewhere that is within 15 miles of home.
As you find the things you are missing, run home and get them.
Best "list/advice" I can give.

Our first trip, I loaded everything we thought we might need.

Our first trip was to the CAT scale. Went right back home and offloaded about 700 pounds of stuff we did not need. Our next 5 trips we removed another 500 pounds.

Since our available payload was only 1200 pounds to start with, you can see we had a LOT of learning to do.

Right now, we are learning again as my wife is on peritoneal dialysis and a 10 day trip requires us to carry almost 400 pounds of PD solution and equipment.

Talk about a new learning curve.

I have a co worker and he said best to pack light. Don't take things that will just come home with you. Like canned goods.

Ya Mark5900 I can hear her now. We gotta go back to the house.
On our last trip no trailer just driving we got to BC and she had forgot her insulin. We were at relatives and by chance a pharmacist was there and saved the day. Anyway I was sure our holiday was to be short. ( "just drive home now ,!!! ) that is planted in my brain. We drove over 3700 kilomiters. In four days this will change the game.
