I'm not sure what is going on here..... I think the truck looks cool, but that thing on top....huh???

It's a sleeper...if you look close, you can see the cowl cover for the top mount AC...it is a little double decker bus looking though!

I'm not sure the thing on top is a sleeper. I think its for toys or something. Maybe headroom and the sleeper part is inside that massive cab. It looks like the front opens. Of course there must be a ramp in back for the quad.
