New Tow Baby!

Okay... so the hubbby and I have been kicking around the idea of gettins a "little" larger toy hauler.
Currently we have a Graywolf 19RR... nice love it, but just a little small.

So we have been looking at Work & Plays, Nitro's etc. Porblem? Our Ford F-150 has limited tow capacity. Many are tooo heavy on the hitch.

SO the hubby solved our problem! Yep, went out and got a New (to us) tow vehicle. I do not tend to be an "impulse buyer", such as my hubby is!
So he called our local truck broker we use , told him what he wanted, and said we were not in a hurry.
Wwweeeeellllll, now we are the proud owners of a sweet deal!!

Edwin (broker) found us a 2001 Ford F250-Lariat with EVERTHING we need. But the best part?
ONLY 58000k ORIGINAL miles! REALLY!! Verified that!!
Are you ready for this?... Paid LESS than 20k for it!
I will post some photos of "Fergie" (she is big and red, like Lady Sarah Ferguson. I know...my bad!)

So now we can start looking at new toy haulers again!!

Clean? You bet! She is a sweet ride... hope she holds up for awhile. She has a few rusty spots and needs a little tweaking. But for the most part she's a winner!

Cost ALOT less than a NEW F250 diesel...what we saved on the TV we can put into our new trailer rig.

Nice tow vehicle. And by all means I am not rubbing your nose into it. Had you advertised a wanted to buy post, I could have set you up with my brother in law. He got me a 2009 1 ton dually for 23,000-68,900 miles. Ford certified. Needed 6 tires and front brakes. Ford warranty to 150,000, engine/drivetrain only.

Campqueen you'll love that truck. It has a rock solid 7.3 diesel. Just keep up on the normal PM and it will treat you well. I have one with @165k and another at over 255k miles in the family and so far only alternators have been replaced.
