Newest toy...

Picked this little rascal up on Saturday.

Its a 2017 Polaris General Deluxe. Basically a RZR with a Ranger Body. So far, I am really liking it. The ride is plush, the power is awe-inspiring, and the handling is very, very good. It's billed as 80%, 20% work and I think that is pretty accurate.

Bad news is... it won't fit on the front deck of the Roo.

Lets Go Ridin' Turbs!

Yep. Waited so long, the model year changed. Its actually a '17 instead of a '16. The colors are different than what I really wanted, but I got snazzy orange control arms, a couple interior upgrades like a padded console lid, and best of all... It came with "Turf Mode" which is basically a locker for the rear end, so you can go down to one-wheel-drive and not tear up your grass or tires.

No, I'm not going toyhauler. I doubt I ever go where I wish I had both the camper and the General. If I do, I will have one of my friends tow the General in exchange for a place to stay in the Roo.

Here are the pics as an attachment instead of a direct link

That is awesome!

Are you up for a trip to Turkey Bay OHV? Primitive camping but the riding challenges will take your breath away. St. Joe does not hold a candle to it.

Actually, we are talking about a trip in October. I have no desire to go to St. Joe. I have not been to turkey bay, but my buddy's all have.

A few of us East Siders meet up with some Ohio and Ky guys over Thanksgiving. I missed last year but they are a real hoot. Most of them are in Idaho right now playing in the high desert.

I want to hit the lottery so bad.

[QUOTE=Cowracer;1255464]Picked this little rascal up on Saturday.

I'm jealous also. But if you are going to Goshen I don't think that qualifies as a golf cart. But no matter where they park your rig, you'll definitely be first to the chow hall!

Hell no. I've seen the little old people with their prison trays. Like a pack of crazed dogs. I want no part of that. I am more than happy to be towards the end of the chow line.
