NFL playoffs

Anyone care to make predictions regarding what two teams go to the Super Bowl ?

AFC has the NE Patriots at the Denver Broncos and the NFC has the San Francisco 49er's at the Seattle Seahawks.

I'm saying it will be the Broncos and SF.

That's the two I'm pulling for.

Broncos look good so far , Pats can't get that ground game going.
Seattle will take the Niners. Seattle had the best D in the league and an extreme home field advantage.
Offense wins games but defense wins championships !

I will admit I'm a bit worried about the Seattle at home thing.

Brady must be going nuts , Denver has done a great job on both sides of the ball keeping him off the field.

Yep - NE just got their first TD - now Den 23 and NE 10 with 9:23 to go - it's been Manning and company all the way.

Well, there's half the Super Bowl. I surely expected more of a fight from Pats though. Well played Broncos.

Right - I think NE really lost their steam after failing to make that 2 point conversation, not that it would have make a difference with the small amount of time remaining.

Now Peyton gets to go play in the stadium where brother Eli won a SB.

I wish I could feel better about SF playing at Seattle.

Yeah, the Pats just couldn't get it started. Happy for Payton , he's a class act.
Niners will surely have their hands full but heck, anything can happen. Should be a good game either way, the coaches aren't exactly best friends.

Both Manning and Brady are 36 years old plus - wonder if one or both will retire after this season?

I don't think either will retire. Payton has a bad neck and Brady had ACL surgery a few years back but they both had a great season and didn't take a beating. Only they know though.

Great news for SF fans - Seattle fumbled right at first play and SF got a quick FG.

Looks like that the Seahawks famed "12th Man" that was supposed to be a big help for them is apparently out to lunch

SF 10 and Seahawks 0 at midway second quartet.

It was good game though. Niners were set to win it.
I believe I'll take the Donkeys though to win the bowl.
