Nope - gonna hijack the thread just a little more.....

So, if I can show where it doesn't take all that much for the rear end of my '14 Flagstaff 27BESS to drag in/out driveways & campsites, that might justify an axle flip? Heck, there would be reason enough to go to Goshen!

If you have torsion axles, you would have to do a riser kit instead.

Riser kit it would be. Still would be worth the trip!

I have dexter axles and had a Riser kit installed at Goshen. It comes with all jolts, instructions and the rise platforms.
Biggest thing required is sockets, good impact wrench, torque wrench, jacks and jack stands. Do one axle at a time. A floor jack to move axle up and down. A helper is nice too.

Keep an eye on the riser brackets. I had them installed and they slipped over time so they did not sit flush against the frame. I had them fixed while at Goshen, but I am going to keep an eye on them. I think the stress placed on the wheels/axles when making sharp turns caused them to move.

I just posted 152 photos -- all of those that were scrolling on the screen in the dining room, including the aerial shots -- on the FROG Facebook page at: https://www.facebook.com/FROwnersGroup.

Thanks for posting the pics Bob. It looks like it was a major undertaking.
Hopefully we will be able to attend someday.
