gives a whole new definition to the term rat rod. i see a chevelle bumper, what looks to be a cut down oldsmobile hood and not much else. what a waste of chevelle bumper and olds hood

The only thing that would make that rat rod not a waste would be a twinn turbo'ed small block chevy......
