If it is 2012 or less, then it is likely right about 3,000 lbs. or even less.

If it is 2013 or newer, then it's likely much much higher (well over 4,000 lbs).

I guess, though, I'm still trying to figure out the major issue. I'm technically over length for Maryland with just my truck and fifth wheel. And lots of people double-tow.

Looks like he is covering seven (?) parking spots which are what 9-10 ft wide , what are we talking 60/70 ft long.

Truck and camper only, I'm 60' long. What's another 10'?
