I've only experienced this a couple of times so far, but I believe it will be a common complaint in the not too distant future...drones in campgrounds.

I have emphysema and can't DO smoke of any kind. More than once, I've had to go inside and shut the unit so I could breath. Didn't complain.
I'm also VA 100% combat PTSD, [3 1/2 tours in Vietnam with Infantry] so people cutting through our site after dark is not a healthy activity.
If the "neighbor" next to us leaves dog poop in my site, they will find it on their doorsteps next AM.
Other than that, I'm just a layed back kind of guy. Love Camping!!

Whatever...it is in the off topic section and doesn't have to be RV related according to the thread topic. Unsubscribe to the thread

When we were young and street roaded a lot, we pulled a Starcraft tent trailer everywhere. On a trip west on I90 from Spokane, you cross the Columbia river at a wide spot called Vantage......they have a nice park to take a break at, so we and some freinds decided to make lunch....wife made it, set it on the picnic table, let me know it was ready, went to table, no lunch.....Vantage sits at the top of a deep cut for the river, and low and behold, the WINDYEST place I've ever stopped at..guess lunch feed the fish that day!

That's funny. Opposite for me, when I'm at the diner and the waitress fills my coffee cup so high that I can not fit any cream.

Pet peeves

I have to agree with the one about setting up in a nearly empty campground and the next nit wit in has to set up right next to you.
I have moved more than once and one time the guy actually came over to "talk" while I was in the process of moving and during the one sided conversation asked why I was moving. I told him that I deliberately camped at nearly empty campgrounds late in the season so I can get a quiet site with NO NEIGHBORS. He said to me.....Yes I do the same thing, that's why he parked there because the area was deserted?!?!?!?! I don't think he got it why I was moving at all, then when he passed my new campsite while he was walking around he yelled from the roadway, I thought you were leaving??
Observation here: You cannot fix stupid.

Friendly campers who think that because your old, they need to help you back into your site....always in the wrong spot for you to open anything,'sept the door.....now it's a lot harder to move over.....hence, the bumper sticker I put on my spare tire cover ( won't fly on the forum).

People that are eager to help, but screw it up so bad that it takes twice as long to re-do. People with no common sense.... No left hand tools( screw drivers, end wrenches, pliers, hammers), big box stores that run out of hot selling items or don't re-stock their shelves...when they have clerks that are assigned to that dept. and you can never find one...fast food joints that the drive up person sounds like they're talking through a pillow, sellers on the web issuing a tracking number that won't, people that live for playing golf and don't know what GOLF stands for, people like me that never go away, people that want, or think, their the leader of the pack and don't have a clue, etc.

Coffee drinkers.

I never understood why people would drink something that tastes so bad that it requires additives to make it drinkable....NO THANK YOU!

OK...I'm ready...

X2 - I remember my father and his friends always having to had their cup of coffee and a cigarette together. Between the taste of the coffee and the smell of the cigarettes (Dads brand was Chesterfield) is why I never took up either habit.
