You were right all along! The sensor had worked loose. They reattached the LR one and checked the BR (it was OK - well DUH it was the new unit )

I can't say enough good things about the maintenance folks at Goshen. They.absolutely.rock!

HAHA - When our son turned 21 I went out and bought 6 Happy Birthday balloons at the DG, and ties each one to a bottle of beer and lined the driveway with them just before he got home from College

On Tuesday, DD turns 18 and starts College...*Sigh* Where DOES the time go Aquaman!?

So....6 Actual & I made it home last night after a interesting week post-rally.

Managed to check 3 things off the bucket list:
1. Visited the Air Force Museum in Dayton, OH
2. Visited Mammoth Cave, KY
3. Survived a Urban Flood! (We were in Eastpointe MI when they got all that rain!) For the record, this was NEVER on my bucket list!

We were at a friends house for a BBQ when the rain hit. We were all hanging out in the basement when WHOOSH! Water started coming up from the drains. We were able to salvage all the furniture but their basement was a 18" deep swimming pool

First Pict is from the truck as I was ferrying folks around to check their houses (having a truck with 20" wheels made me VERY popular!) And YES that car on the right is floating!

Second Photo is us about to watch a car that zipped around us get stalled in the Underpass...we made it with water just cresting the running boards @ 14"

Third photo is of the flooding basement.

The scariest part was trying to get back to where we were staying - 18 miles from the BBQ. It took us 6 1/2 hours because of all the flooded out underpasses

HSV - very nice of you to donate your help to those people.

Regarding the car that zipped around you and then stalled - we see a lot of idiots like that during our recent heavy rains and subsequent street flooding. They stall and then people have to risk their lives rescuing them. I wish I was callous enough to say just let them get themselves out,but I'm not.

There's a saying here ( might be in other places also ) of "Don't drown - Turn around" but not everyone follows it.

BamaBob,

Glad you and 6 Actual made it home safely. It was great meeting and hanging out with both of you in Goshen.
